"I discovered water ingress from a leaking flat roof and found R&A on trustatrader and sent a message for someone to get back to me as time was of the essence. Reg called me the following day and arranged for someone to assess the roof. Within a day someone was out and identified the problem. The work was started the following day. Everything was done very efficiently and quickly. Obviously I have to check over the coming days and weeks that no further water is making it's way in and commence drying out the damage but from everything so far I have no reason to believe it has not been fixed. Usually we only discover a problem with a roof when we see the damage so time is of the essence and R & A roofing couldn't have been quicker in solving the problem. I would recommend them and all going well, would use them again."

"Tile had slipped during high winds. Reg completed the work free of charge as it only took a matter of minutes to put it back in place. He is returning at the end of the week to quote me for further roof work. Company staff were polite, punctual and communicated well, letting me know when they were on their way. Happy with work done so far."
