"I used Property Refurbishments Guildford for the complete renovation of a 3 bedroom bungalow. Works included new plumbing and electrics, skirting, doors, kitchen, bathroom suites, re-plastering and a knock through. Dave and Team were fantastic and handled the project with care and diligence. They also addressed the area specific issue of low water pressure by way of a roof space accumulator. Post project support has also been excellent as I thought it would be. I would highly recommend PR Guildford"

"David and his team undertook a full house renovation and refurb for us. David project managed it all (which was so helpful!) and he was very communicative and was always contactable straight away. He brought it all the different trades together and they knocked down an internal wall, put in two new bifolds, new kitchen, new ensuite and bathroom alongside electrics and plumbing. All the team were really friendly and polite. They worked very hard and quickly to get the job done. Would highly recommend David and his team! Thank you"

"Dave and his team removed my old kitchen and installed a new one. They were great from start to finish. Easy to communicate with. They turned up on time and finished the job within the dates given and on budget. Could not recommend more!"
