"Workmen at our neighbour’s house seemed cheerful and friendly. We mentioned to one of them that our own house roofs were in need of attention. The company director, Henry Gaskin, rapidly came round to inspect and quote. He was experienced, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. The quote was reasonable. Work was agreed, and started that same day, as the team working next door could now combine both jobs with advantage. On one day the weather was atrocious - wind and heavy rain - but the team persisted in doing our work, the three workers displaying a laudable commitment. Deterioration was found that had not been apparent; they showed us the problem. Henry again quoted promptly and the team were able to do this extra work too. Again the quote was reasonable. After the team had left, the director personally inspected their work, and asked us to approve it. Only then was invoiced the agreed sum. We are happy to give a top 5-star rating to this company."
