"Really helpful and professional. Arrived less than an hour after I called, fixed the leak, had all necessary parts with him, and tidied up when he was done. Transparent about the price. Totally friendly and polite throughout, and even put up with the dog being a pain and trying to help. Very pleased, thank you!"

"I've used Ilhan for two jobs now, replacing excess water pipe and fitting ball valve in cold water storage tanks. For both jobs, Ilhan was friendly, punctual and carefully explained what was required and possible effects of the work. When I asked questions, he was happy to explain further."
