    "Excellent plumber. Initially he was unable to turn off water supply but came back WITHOUT another appointment when we were able to shut off water supply. Carried out work quickly and efficiently. Seemed a little expensive but this is the first time I have had to get a plumber so have nothing to go by but if I’d charged that rate when I worked I would be rich. This is not a criticism of my plumber but a generalisation."
