    "It took a while from the initial conversation for us to decide to get our new sash windows installed, but there was no pressure from the store to chase the sale; this was great. We went for both heritage and the standard range sashes, heritage look awesome, but the standard range are also amazing. Install was hassle free and they kept everywhere clean and just got on with it. The sealant had shrank ever so slightly on one window, but it was no hassle and they came straight back the next week to make it 100%. I would say these aren’t the cheapest, however I don’t think they claim be, but their install, product, sale and after sale have been faultless. Parry"

    "2 day job, conservatory windows, roof and doors, end of 1st day,half a roof,no windows, workmen gone,no tarpaulin to secure conservatory, left open to the elements, it rained that night,conservatory floor wet and muddied next day from workmen's shoes. Day 2 roof and windows installed, doors too big, we now have Sterling board where doors should be,new doors not ready until 29th, something obviously dropped on floor as we now have a hole in one of the floor tiles. Would not recommend."

    "Beautiful UVPC sash window installed. Demonstrated how to open and tilt to clean windows. Took the time to lay carpet coverings , clean polite workmen . Would recommend"
