"From start to finish very professional. Initial site visit was carried out , priced up the same day and an installation day set . Install team turned up on time , carried out the work in a very efficient way , clean and tidy as they went along ! Products are good quality and match the style we have with other windows . "This was the second time we have used Manchester Window Factory to supply and fit our windows, which clearly indicates the trust we have in this company to do a great job. We were understandably nervous about replacing our 1920s original windows but once again they have been amazing from start to finish and have blown away with their quality of service and attention to detail. Every step from our first consultation visit, the help they gave to select the right product and the fitting has been first class. The job included the fitting of 3 new lintels, 2 bays flush fit windows and 6 flat flush fit windows, using a combination of double glazing and acoustic glass. "Excellent service from the initial meeting with Danny, the communication and organisation from Alex and the exceptional hard work from the workmen. It didn't all run smoothly and we had a problem with one of our bay windows (nothing to do with these guys) but they made sure everything was safe and in place to continue and rectified the problem professionally, safely and quickly. All our windows, porch and new front door look fab. I highly recommend Manchester Window Factory for their friendly , hard working and professional manner, their honesty and competitive quotes. It's so refreshing to deal with a company and workmen you can trust."
