The Manchester Window Factory is a well-established, professional, family-run business. We are experienced people who care as passionately about quality products and great customer service as you do.
We believe in looking after people, delivering what we promise, and doing the little things that make a big difference to you. Our customer base has developed through word-of-mouth recommendations, which we are very proud of. We are customer focused, rather than sales-driven, we don't use salespeople or traditional advertising and believe this deliberate and authentic strategy has contributed directly to our continued growth.
Instead, we'll use our industry knowledge and experience to give you the very best solutions and prices. We'll be straight with you and honest. We'll tell you what's possible and what's not, and even be able to suggest a few ideas or options you haven't considered yet too.

"I am a returning customer to Manchester Windows. They replaced some of our windows, patio and front door last year and I was in no doubt that I would be returning to them to have the remaining windows upstairs done this year. There are no pushy sales, no nasty surprises on the bill, just a fair price up front (and cheaper than the other quotes). The fitters were on time, polite and friendly. They did a great job and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The windows we had done last year made a real difference over the winter months, so we are looking forward to an even cosier winter this year with our full complement of new widows. Thank you for a job well done!"

"I had scaffolding up at my house for another reason and they were able to fit me one replacement window before the scaffolding came down, which saved me a lot of money :-)"

Mike - Image 1 "We were recommended by a colleague / friend. The process of choosing the right products for our home with help and guidance throughout was first class, with no pressure just help. Once ordered, we were given a time-frame that was adhered to. We received a phone call reminder / alert 3 days prior to the installation of agreed dates. From a timely arrival to completion the installers were totally polite / professional and extremely tidy in their work processes. The end product and installation are to our extreme satisfaction. Thank you again to the office team Ash, Alex and Danny and site members Mick / Carl & Harry, we really appreciated all your efforts and workmanship.."
