"The scope of work was a partial garage conversion to utility area, adding a drain to existing sewer, modifying electrics and installing water supply for washing machine , complete plastering and tiling of floor. A separate package of work in the kitchen involved removing an internal arched wall, plumbing mods to radiators and electrical works. All works involved liaising with Building Control. Rob and his team of 2 arrived when they said they would and completed all works in under 3 weeks. There were no delays in sourcing materials and the plastering/ plumbing and electrical trades organised by Rob did an excellent job and did not cause any delays. The original quotation clearly specified material and labour costs, 5* for this. The project was completed on budget. Rob was very hands on and we felt he was always looking after our interests during the works. "Can not recommend Rob and his team highly enough. We were so fortunate to have found them to work on our kitchen extension and new patio this summer. A really friendly, honest, hard-working, skilled team of professionals. All work was completed to a really high standard and everything was left really clean and tidy every day - with a big final clean up on the last day too.
