We achieve this through working and planning effectively, and taking on small to medium jobs only, to ensure we can always deliver our fast response and allow our customers to get their home or business back up and running again.
We strongly believe that customer service is paramount and we show this through our workmanship and our service, which are designed to fit around your schedule - be it work or picking up the children from school, we do our best to fit you in at a time that meets your needs. You will also receive a call 30 minutes prior to arrival.
Needing an emergency plumber can be stressful and calling through to a voice mail or having to input numbers on the keypad are not what you need. Here at Leak Shield Plumbing and Drainage, you will speak directly to your plumber, not a call centre. We can help direct you to turn the water off or slow it down, if possible, in the event of an emergency, before we arrive.
All Plumbers are local to you and all vans are fully stocked with parts and materials, to deal with the most common household plumbing issues. If you are unsure what you need we will help you decide and order the part in or pick it up from a local store, at no extra cost.

They arranged to come out that day, and fixed the job so water was back on and then booked to come back in a couple of days with new tap that needed fitting.
