LD&C specialise in extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions across Bexley, Sidcup and surrounding North Kent areas. With over 30 years’ experience, we deliver well planned, high quality builds that blend seamlessly with your home.
We manage every stage in house, from design and planning through to completion, ensuring clear communication and reliable timeframes. In most cases, we can prepare an initial budget cost to near Building Control standards before full drawings are complete, helping you plan with confidence.

Our payment approach
We never ask for a deposit. You only start paying once we begin work. Invoices are issued weekly for work completed, keeping everything transparent. After snagging and final payment, we release all completion certificates (Building Control, Electrical and Gas Safe).

"I was kept informed throughout by Den and his workforce as to what was being done and had been done. At the end of each day they ensured that all their tools were put away and the place was tidy. I would definitely recommend LD & C to anyone wanting works done"

"We recently had a single storey rear kitchen extension built by LD&C and we couldn't be happier with the result. The team were professional, friendly and clearly knew their trade inside out. The site was kept neat and tidy throughout and the project came in on budget with no nasty surprises. The quality of the finished work is excellent and our new kitchen extension has completely transformed the space. We would have no hesitation recommending LD&C to anyone in the Sidcup area."
