Leadway Developments & Construction Ltd have been creating fantastic Garage Conversions in and around Sidcup, Bexley and the surrounding areas for over 15 years.

"I would like to leave a 5 star review for Den and his team. Leadway carried out work involving alterations to the downstairs layout of my house and all work was completed to a high standard. Den, Dean and Jack are all at the top of their game with immaculate attention to detail. More than just the work, there was also the free advice/ideas/suggestions on how we can improve the house. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the work. I will surely be calling on the team again for future improvements."

Louise - Image 1 "Den and his team converted our garage into a utility room. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. All of the guys were so friendly and worked so hard. When Den first came out to give us a quote he was thorough and professional, recommending building regs etc which we were really impressed by. We knew his full team could carry out all aspects of the job which was also great. We’re so pleased we picked Leadway and will 100% use them again."

"Leadway carried out a garage conversion project at our home, which included a new bedroom and small downstairs WC. The work was carried out to a high standard and in good time. Den and all the specialist he gets in, Jack, Dean etc, were great and we're really pleased with the outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to use Leadway again."
