We manage every stage in house, from preparation and design advice through to completion, ensuring clear communication, tidy workmanship and reliable timeframes. Whether it’s part of a larger project or a standalone installation, we take the same care and attention to detail on every job.

Our services include:
• Full kitchen fitting and installation of client supplied kitchens
• Utility and open plan kitchen layouts

Our payment approach
We never ask for a deposit. You only start paying once we begin work. Invoices are issued weekly for completed progress, keeping everything transparent. After snagging and final payment, we release all relevant completion certificates (Building Control, Electrical and Gas Safe).

    "We had our loft converted by LD&C Homes Ltd and are really happy with how it turned out. The team were polite, tidy and kept us updated throughout the work. There were a few small things to sort along the way, but they dealt with everything properly and the final finish is very good. We also felt the price was fair and good value for the amount of work involved. Really pleased with the extra space and would happily recommend LD&C Homes Ltd."

    "We’re really happy with the extension LD&C Homes completed for us. Den and his team were friendly, reliable and worked hard throughout. There were a few things we discussed and changed during the job, and Den was helpful in getting everything sorted. The new space has made a huge difference to the house and the finished work is exactly what we wanted. Very pleased with the result and would happily recommend them."

    "I was kept informed throughout by Den and his workforce as to what was being done and had been done. At the end of each day they ensured that all their tools were put away and the place was tidy. I would definitely recommend LD & C to anyone wanting works done"

    "We recently had a single storey rear kitchen extension built by LD&C and we couldn't be happier with the result. The team were professional, friendly and clearly knew their trade inside out. The site was kept neat and tidy throughout and the project came in on budget with no nasty surprises. The quality of the finished work is excellent and our new kitchen extension has completely transformed the space. We would have no hesitation recommending LD&C to anyone in the Sidcup area."
