    William Quirk - Image 1 "Initial impression and their interaction with us during the job was good. The fitting of the kitchen units was done well. The floor tiling was poor as there are unlevel tiles, variable spacing and the grouting was patchy. They left grout residue on the tiles and failed to clean the tiles when called back. The plastering they did was not finished correctly. I have asked them to return to make good a faulty light and staining on my patio but they have not turned up."
