Kent Loft Boarding & Conversions provide loft ladders, loft boarding and full loft or garage conversions to people in Lenham, Medway, Maidstone, Sittingbourne and the surrounding areas.
With over 20 years of carpentry experience we use our expertise to keep all of your insulation whilst structurally strengthening your roof which allows you the freedom and peace of mind to safely store your belongings.
Along with boarding we will also fit ladders, lights and additional insulation if so required. All our operatives are skilled, polite, on time and fully insured. You don't need to worry about too much disruption either. We leave your house as tidy as when we arrive and because we're up in the loft you'll barely know we're there.
The loft is usually the biggest room in your house but most of us just leave it untouched because it seems so inaccessible. Here at Kent Loft Boarding & Conversions we can change that by installing one of our quality loft ladders and turn your loft back into a part of your house and your life.
When choosing a loft ladder you will need to consider your climbing skills, current hatch size and any restrictions you may have in your loft that might stop the ladder from working correctly. If you have a hatch you don’t fancy squeezing through we can extend it that as well to whatever size you require.

"These guys came to my home on time in the morning, provided an explanation of what they could deliver an left. I received the quotation that afternoon. Booked them in for a week later. They arrived this morning on time, protected the areas they would be walking through and installed my loft boarding exactly as requested. These guys were neat and tidy, polite and efficient. I didn't envy them working in the cramped space of a townhouse loft, walking all the boards up two flights of stairs in 30c temperatures. Not once did I hear any words of complaint. Finished job is exactly what I wanted - thoroughly recommend them."

"Excellent from start to finish. Ben was extremely helpful and helped us decide what was best in our awkward loft space. Brilliant value for money which included widening and fitting new loft hatch, ladder, flooring in loft and shelving. The team were friendly, polite, careful and quick. After work was completed they made sure we understood everything. They cleaned up and left the place neat and tidy. No hesitation in recommending them."
