Before a roofer can be registered in our directory they must first pass our strict vetting   process. As well as providing us with at least 5 customer references, we ask for evidence that they are appropriately accredited and insured to undertake the work that they will be offering on their Trust A Trader profile.  Only when we are satisfied that a trader will uphold our excellent reputation and high standards will they be invited to join our directory of elite tradespeople and organisations.

Once they have been approved to join us, traders are invited to complete their profile page with relevant information, including details of the types of roofing services that they offer, their location, images of previous work, contact details and links to send an email or SMS message.

Reviewed

We know that nobody is better placed to tell you about the service that you can expect from a trader than their former customers. Once a trader is up and running on Trust A Trader, customers are invited to give us their honest opinion of the service that they received. In addition to a written review, customers are asked to rate their trader across six categories, including punctuality, quality and value. An overall star rating of up to five stars allows you to see, at a glance, how others rate the roofing services offered by the traders listed in our directory.  You can see details of each review on the trader’s Trust A Trader profile page.

You may wonder why it is rare to find a negative review on Trust A Trader. This is because negative reviews are extremely rare; our traders all operate to our exceptionally high standards. On the very rare occasions that a trader does receive a negative review, our communications team will work hard to help both parties reach a satisfactory resolution. If this is not possible and the trader is deemed to be in the wrong, they will be removed from Trust A Trader’s directory and blacklisted.
