"JW home improvements installed our patio, and our new driveway which was steep in nature. The team worked well together , and discussed each step of the process with us on a daily basis, ensuring they met customer requirements, by giving us their opinion when we requested. The team were always polite. The attention to detail was evident in there work up to the end even after payment James was checking for damage / chipped brickwork which was quite impressive. It’s a shame that we lost 5 days to the severe cold weather, however James rang us each day to confirm that they would not attend due to the weather. We are pleased with the end result from JW home improvements, and would highly recommend James and his team"
