    "Jason has come to fix a couple of small, but tricky, issues with our plumbing now and I have been hugely impressed with his professionalism and determination to get to the bottom of the problem. On the last occasion, a problem with the toilet wan't fixed with the first solution but, rather than head for the hills as soon as he could, Jason puzzled over what could have been causing the issue and came up with a solution that worked. He has done this twice now and I've been impressed both times by his level of customer service and diligence. I would highly recommend him and he's certainly in my phone contacts for the next time something goes wrong."

    "I found Jason on this website. He has been tremendous just as others said in their reviews. Jason attended at the agreed time. He then spent a long time carefully working out the site of a leak from an upstairs bathroom, explaining his findings clearly. This is not easy in a fully tiled environment . He identified the leak, stopped this and then attended twice more to fix the underlying problem including making good the tiling he had to remove. A fantastic job - thankyou Jason."

    "Job done to my satisfaction, but it would have been helpful if I had been made aware of the £120.00 Minimum Fee that was charged for 1 hours work."

    Trader reply: "Initial impression As with all customers, met by them at the door, normal greetings of hello etc then a quick chat about the task ahead. I am dressed in my normal work gear, clean, tidy and presentable. Cleanliness I remove my shoes, I have no tools with me. I left no mess whatsoever Punctuality No times were given, just a day. I rang ahead as I was travelling there and was there soon after. I normally only ever offer AM or PM appointments and if I’m running behind, phone the customer accordingly. Quality I got the towel rail working as requested by bleeding it of air and actually turning it on, which the customer had failed to do. I also advised him to not put his room thermostat near the log burner, as it will stop the heating coming on at all. Which he took on board. The whole system was tested for function during my time at the property. Value. All small jobs have a period of travel, to and from the job. So one hour of work is usually 1.5 or 2 hours in real time. Insurance, Diesel, tools, training courses and advertising are the overheads of all work. So the cost is more than acceptable, especially in this area of the country. Overall. Gave a reasonable score of 4/5, which of course it was worthy of and potentially more."
