"After meeting Justin at an initial viewing of our property we knew that we had found the right builder. After committing to the purchase I suffered significant medical issues that caused us serious concerns about the way forward. Justin managed the project to relieve us of any stress. His core team carried out a huge amount of renovation, that involved work in every room. The work was planned and carried out enabling us to live at the property while the renovation was in progress. He and his team were highly professional and very knowledgeable and during the course of renovation came up with various constructive suggestions that enhanced the property. They were extremely helpful and we couldn’t have managed without them. Great communication throughout, Justin was always available for advice, and we are extremely happy with finished product which exceeded our expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending Justin and his team who went above and beyond in all respects."

No extra costs to original quote despite a few additions to original plan including repositioning of garden gate and reversing hinges. Very efficient, helpful and polite work force. Lee - Image 1 "I went on trust a trader to find a good builder and I found JLS building Services. My home needed a lot of work doing inside and out. So I met up with Justin from JLS and straight away I knew I had found the right builders! He put my mind at ease as there was so much to be done and I was worried about the cost, how long it would all take and if they could do all the jobs needed. I was amazed at how quick, efficient clean and trustworthy the builders were. Fitting a new kitchen, bathroom, new floors, new boiler painting and decorating etc. work on the outside was brilliant too including Insulation and Silicone render. I will be using JLS for any future jobs I may need. I couldn’t recommend them enough and it was stress free too. Thank you JLS"
