"John responded quickly to my enquiry and offered a competitive quote. He was the only one of three quoting for the work to actually go up a ladder and check out my issues thoroughly. He completed the work quickly on the day after I agreed his quote, and gave detailed feedback afterwards. Friendly, knowledgeable and reliable service."

"John responded swiftly, provided a thought through solution to address our issues and then delivered that. John came across as very knowledgeable about roofing. Our pigeon roosting problem has been solved. It is too early to be able to tell whether our guttering problem has been solved. We are waiting for heavy rain. We are pleased with the outcome but felt that John could have been more proactive and removed debris that was in the gutter."
