"I had a 20yr plus immersion hot water tank running of a 13amp plug and socket. Not ideal and ground upon nowadays. Contacted Ioan from IVU Electricals regarding putting in a dedicated circuit to power the immersion. This being run from before the main fuse box as it's old and therefore being a separate modern box with all the breakers and protections required by Building regs. The cable run through the wall, up the outside into the attic then down into the airing cupboard. Ioan from IVU came round on a Sunday,, discussed the work and quote arrived the next day. I accepted and a week later Ioan was round, prompt, at 8.30am and got straight to work. I always ask professionals if it's ok to watch and ask questions to gain some personal knowledge and Ioan was more than happy to oblige. The work was done to a high standard and all was tidied up. I'm pleased to say I was very impressed with the work, quote and the friendliness of Ioan. IVU number now on my phone for future work."

"Came round on short notice to quote for running a new circuit to the immersion hot water tank. Quote supplied next day and good value. Supplied a new 2 circuit fuse box, run appropriate outside cabling through and up side wall into attic then down to hot water tank. Cleaned up and was happy with me watching and asking questions to gain personal knowledge. Great guy and would absolutely recommend IVU wholeheartedly."
