"5/5 Stars - Exceptional Service, Outstanding Efficiency and a Great Team Last week, my elderly mother’s boiler broke, leaving her without heating and hot water. We urgently contacted Intelligent Maintenance Docklands for help and their response was fantastic! The whole process, from the initial call to the new boiler installation, was seamless. Their office team were excellent in arranging everything and keeping us informed and their engineers were on time, very polite, and professional, clearly explaining each step and everything was left incredibly clean and tidy! The whole team was great! Their quick installation of a new boiler within a week was remarkable and a huge relief, given my mother’s situation. I’m impressed by Intelligent Maintenance Docklands’s fast, high-quality service and customer care. They’re trustworthy and highly recommended for reliable heating services. Thomas - Image 1 "We contacted IM Docklands regarding a complete renovation project at our flat in Greenwich. This involved removing and installing new bathrooms and a new kitchen. Refinishing the wooden floors and a complete redecoration of the property. From the outset the communication from the team at IM was excellent. They created a WhatsApp group with all relevant personnel so that we were kept updated and could also have regular video conferencing. The quality of the workmanship, we found, was extremely high. We have had only a few minor snagging issues which were resolved straight away. The team were incredibly easy to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them in the future."
