    "Peter arrived same day as my call, mid afternoon as I had been told. He was friendly and helpful, when I had to make decisions he spelled out the options and pros and cons clearly. He was innovative and managed to improvise repairs to the panel behind the loo (fixture broke) and also the hole for the flush button (was about 10mm larger for the old button than the new one) so that it is "better than new". He gave me honest advice when I asked about other work. Overall, the good reviews are true, a very good experience in the Eastbourne area. On paper other services looked to be cheaper, but they didn't answer the phone, return calls, call back and so I consider them more "imaginary " than actually cheaper"
