Mary Patchett - Image 1 "I chose this firm because of their affiliations to DGos and Fensa. I read their history . It is a small local firm of people who all work closely together. The survey was amazing, with really helpful advice and information given when requested. This was extremely helpful for someone on their own. The fitting was done with cloths and covers, without mess, and cleared up properly afterwards. They worked diligently but were very friendly. They drink copious amounts of tea. I felt able to trust them in my house. They found a tiny flaw in one window that was immediately reordered, and was not acceptable to them until a perfect replacement appeared. I will use them in the future."

"We used Hipco for our roof replacement for our conservatory. The customer service before and after was great! Everything were checked over, all details were clear and provided and any questions were answered. After the work is done the communication is still just as amazing and friendly! The prices are competitive and the staff are our huge favourite. The lad were polite and courteous and happy to be there. We have now had the work completed! It was the best experience from each and everyone of the great team. We are highly delighted with our “new room” and can’t wait to use it!"

"From start to finish what a smashing team of people to have dealings with, highly delighted with finished result. Professional, polite, punctual, courteous, friendly ,reliable, it was a pleasure to have the teams on our property. Everyone deserves a thank you, starting with the office team who originally arranged the visit for the initial quote, Steve, who gave us a competitive price and was very knowledgeable. He gave us the confidence to accept the quote on the spot. David who came and measured up and gave good advice on the changing of the angle of the roof. Spot on. The roofing team, Neil, Chris and Ryan, couldn't fault their professional conduct and the finish looks really good. Thank you also for cleaning everything afterwards. Liam and Riley who did the plaster work, great finish and they too cleaned everything when finished. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Hipco, their product and without exception, their teams. Great job, well done."
