"Booked in a service/repair and brought the wrong parts so left. Second visit over an hour late rang 7 times to be told he will be 3 hours late. Would’ve been nice to be told he was going to be late!!"
Trader reply: "Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience and would like to provide some clarification. Your appointment was initially booked through our online system for a fault-finding visit, after which a quotation was provided for the required repairs. We attended on 20 April 2026 to complete the work; however, unfortunately the parts supplied to us were incorrect. We informed you of this at the time and arranged a return visit for 6 May 2026.On the day of the return appointment, our engineer was delayed due to a previous job overrunning. We understand how frustrating delays can be and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our records show that you contacted us at 3:52pm, and we returned your call at 4:01pm to provide an update on the engineer’s arrival time. During this call, we offered to reschedule the appointment at a time more convenient for you. However, the appointment was cancelled at your request. We always aim to provide a reliable and transparent service, and we regret that on this occasion we did not meet your expectations. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact our office."

"When I rang Ella was very helpful polite and friendly, she kept me informed about every thing that was going to happen right up to Martin turning up on the day. Martin was very polite and friendly he did an excellent job and very perfessional. I would recommend this company without a doubt and I would definitely use them again"
