"My Hive thermostat stopped working last night, I called British Gas and they said Hive offices will be closed till Monday due to Easter break, I managed to get hold of Marco’s contact details through a family member and I was amazed at how not only did Marco manage to help me fix my thermostat problem over FaceTime but refused to take any payment from me. I have a 3 month old girl and getting the heating sorted was of the utmost importance and knowing my situation he did not up his price for an emergency call out, he simply asked me to call on FaceTime and resolved my issue and took no payment. I am forever grateful to him. It’s a sigh of relief in this day and age to see someone operating with such sincerity. God bless you. Many thanks, Usman."

"Marco and his team were excellent, from first contact to completion, communication was great, and nothing was assumed to be finished until I was fully satisfied. The work was done to a very professional standard and everything I asked for they were able to do. In today's environment where it seems harder to get good tradesmen to a job in a reasonable timeframe, Heat Safe were able to do just that. I would fully recommend to family and friends and will definitely use their services again if the need arises."

"Marco was excellent! We have an old Worcester boiler that had a broken fan unit. Marco managed to source, pick up a new part and fit it all in the same day. It has potentially saved us a lot of money as we might not need to buy a new boiler for a while yet. Highly recommended."

"I had three engineers come out to fix the same fault with my Viessman boiler. Heat Safe was able to diagnose the fault and repair within an hour. Was able to also check other common issues experienced with the boiler. Highly recommended."
