HAC Designs Ltd offer a complete Design & Build service to all our clients across Reading and the surrounding areas. We take pride in providing a turn-key service, achieved with both professionalism and quality of works. From assisting with the design process through to obtaining planning permission or building control with detailed drawings for submission, right through to construction and full sign off.
How it works:
- We offer a two-stage consultation package to enable you to discuss and discover what is achievable for your home. This package includes a telephone discovery call, where a member of the team will discuss what you would like to achieve; and a site visit, where our consultant will share their expertise and experience so that together you can create the living environment of your dreams.
- Based on the information gathered HAC Designs will then provide a fee proposal, detailing our services and the next step in your journey.
- If you are happy with the proposal provided, a full measured survey of the dwelling or site will be conducted.
- You'll then receive a full set of drawings, existing and proposed.
- When you are happy with the drawings, HAC Designs will make the planning or building control submission.

"Hayden, Harrison and the entire HAC team were incredibly professional throughout our project. They closely monitored the build and helped us overcome some unexpected structural challenges with our staircase and beams. "HAC helped us with our house renovation design. They listened to our requirements and captured all the details before coming up with design options. Flexible and prompt with their response and gave good design suggestions which were not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical. Overall very happy with the service so decided to go with them for our loft conversion as well."
