Gian - Image 1 "GWG Water Mains of Letchworth recently replaced a 16-meter run of water main from the meter to my house, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was punctual, highly professional, and offered a very fair price for the project. What stood out just as much as the quality of the technical work was how neat and tidy they were throughout the job. "Gareth was excellent from the start. We had a leak that had been identified by the water company but without knowing where on one of 6 properties. Gareth gave great advice on shared responsibilities and how the process works. He provided a solid plan from the outset and delivered the best approach to find the leak in an inaccessible area under our extension. The moling technique limited disruption in our garden. They had to dig a little deeper than initially expected due to a difference in garden levels between us neighbours, but Gareth and Mark took it in their stride without complaint. We were very pleased with their work and that by the end of it our patio and driveway were fully restored and carefully cleaned up as if they were never there. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks"

Clare - Image 1 "Gareth recently replaced the external supply pipe to my Victorian terraced property after we heard a leak around our internal stop cock. Works included locating the leak, excavating our patio, replacing the old pipes, installing an external stop cock chamber and reinstating the patio. He was friendly, thorough and efficient throughout. After determining where the initial leak was and assessing the state of our 80 year old pipes, he provided good advice about additional works we could do to prevent further problems and explained our responsibility regarding the shared supply to our terrace. He reinstated our patio leaving it looking very neat. I have already recommended Gareth to a colleague and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again regarding any future work."

Rob - Image 1 "WATER MAINS REPLACEMENT After an initial diagnosis of a leak in the water mains and freeing up a seized stop tap, Gareth provided a competitive quote to install a new mains pipe. Work was carried out the next week. It was completed quickly and efficiently. It required removing and replacing some block driveway bricks. Everything was completed neatly, you cannot see where the work was done. Very pleased with the work done. Thanks."
