"After finding out there was a leak at an elderly relative's property, we found GWG Watermains via the Water Safe recommended list of companies. As we lived some 50 miles away, we arranged to meet Gareth at the property for a site visit. He explained the process for tracing the leak and sent us a quotation covering what was discussed. He managed to fit us in for the repairs early in the following week. We arranged to meet Gareth on site again and the work was carried out within 5 hours. This included replacing the main feed from the boundary to the house, a new stopcock and plumbing into the existing internal pipework. All the outside areas were made good, with soil/turf put back as before and concreting the small hole in the path by the front door. The work was carried out professionally and we received a Certificate of Compliance to cover the repairs. We were grateful that Gareth made a very stressful situation less so, for being punctual and helpful at every point."
Trader reply: "Glad we could help John. Thanks for the review"

"Many thanks to Gareth at GWG who replaced our water main on Monday. It was an urgent job and Gareth was extremely quick to come out and inspect then send a quote. The work was done quickly because they managed to slot us in and the guys made good the holes and disruption so you wouldn’t know they’d been! I would happily recommend GWG and wouldn’t hesitate to have them back. Steve"
