After being let down by another builder, Adam advised he would try his best to get our work done before Christmas and that’s exactly what he did. Julia kept me informed every step of the way. When the team hit a problem, I was quickly informed by Julia along with solutions. If I had a question, they were quick to respond. 5* communication. Adam and the team worked exceptionally hard to complete the job on time, even after hitting a snag. They were punctual and left the job clean and tidy. The work was finished to a high standard.
