I then contacted Golden Roofing Expert Ltd, and from the start, they were professional and knowledgeable. They provided me with a very reasonable quote and carried out the repair to a high standard. Since the work has been completed, I’ve had no further issues at all — the leak is completely gone. I’m extremely satisfied with the result and the service I received.     Loran - Image 1 "I recently had Golden Roofing Expert carry out work on my party wall, which had a significant amount of plant growth and was in poor condition. I am extremely pleased with the results. The team did an excellent job removing all the vegetation, preparing the surface properly, and applying a clean, high-quality render finish. The transformation is outstanding — the wall now looks neat, solid, and professionally finished. They were punctual, respectful, and clearly take pride in their work. Everything was completed to a high standard, and the site was left clean and tidy. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend Golden Roofing Expert to anyone looking for reliable and skilled roofing or exterior work."
