"I had an issue with water continuously flowing through the black tundish discharge on my boiler and the system pressure dropping which lead to lack of heating and hot water. From calling me to diagnose the issue late Thursday afternoon, Gary and his team arrived Friday morning and confirmed the problem (being a PRV fault) and left to go and find the part in stock. One text later to confirm purchase and works, Gary was back within half hour to fit the part and the problem was solved. Aside from the efficiency and professionalism, one thing I really appreciated was Gary quoted me for two parts: the PRV switch and then the entire valve and I asked if the switch alone would solve the problem, then that’s what I’d like to do and Gary did not try to pressure me to purchase an entire new valve at the higher price. He was honest and said there was no need for full replacement and just fixed the PRV switch. All in all would fully recommend and will use Gary again if needed."

"Gary fitted a new shower unit to my 92 year old Aumns bungalow. From the first call to him he was absolutely first class. I live a 2 hour driver from her and from the first call Gary was outstanding in go straght round to her and dealing with me on the phone. My aunt is really pleased with the way he dealt with her and explained exactly what he was doing and why. He did a first class job and I recommend him both for his quality of work and his attitude to the customer. Thank you Gary"
