"I accepted the quote from Garfield David Construction to begin work early September. After three weeks postponing, the trader eventually started. price was renegotiated upwards and the trader asked for a further £2000 having paid 1500 deposit after only a few days of work. After that, I hardly saw him. It was constant battles with agreed dates and no-shows with promises to get the work finished before end October. He appeared for a few days in November and some materials were purchased, I gave him so many chances to complete the work. He made lots of promises and failed to keep any. Verbally, he offered several times to return my money to me, but he never did. I went through a mediation process, but the trader did not respond until Jan 24 when he offered £500 as a goodwill gesture. I turned this down because the work completed so far has to be completely redone. I would never use this trader again."

"I had block paving done for my driveway and a path to the front door. Garth's professionalism and mannerism was unmatched as his work was impeccable and reputation clearly precedes him.
