Review by Rob
on 4th June 2026
"From the original contact, through quote and fitting on the day this was an exceptional experience. Alan and Adam arrived early and talked me through the work to be completed. Internal carpets were protected and care was taken when fitting the units. The house was left cleaner than when they arrived. In addition, there were two extra requests on the day, both were accommodated (even though making access slightly more awkward for them). Invoicing and billing was 100% accurate and easy. A british success story, I will not be using anyone else."
Trader reply: "Thank you, Rob, for taking the time to leave such a fantastic review. We're delighted to hear that you were pleased with the entire process, from the initial contact through to the installation. Alan and Adam take great pride in their workmanship and customer service, so they'll be especially pleased to know their efforts were appreciated. Protecting customers' homes, maintaining high installation standards, and being as accommodating as possible are all things we strive for, so it's wonderful to hear that this was reflected in your experience. We're also glad we could assist with the additional requests on the day and ensure everything was completed to your satisfaction. Thank you again for your kind words and for placing your trust in us. Your recommendation means a great deal to the whole team, and we look forward to helping you with any future projects. Best regards, Everglade PVCU Products Ltd"
