    "My first point of contact was Ian. He was very helpful from the start and made the enquiry/job feel like it was the only one he was dealing with at that time, unlike a couple of others that made you feel like you was just adding to work they didn’t really want to be doing. The date was set at a convenient time that worked for us and was start and finish exactly as said. The fitters were polite and hardworking. No issues with the windows and front door and all seems a really good quality."
