    "Ed and his team have been appointed to undertake work to my home on a number of occasions. From decorating, to structural work to floors, plumbing, bathrooms. The team communicate really clearly, there is no messing around. They are excellent. Highly recommended."

    "Very pleased with end result of our new bathroom extension. The guys worked very hard, kept us informed and constantly kept the working area tidy and clean. The workmanship was admirable and the guys were friendly fast and efficient. The job was not without problems, with drains having to be moved, the boiler having to be replaced due to its age and the pipes having to be replaced as it was not compatible with modern day boilers. All this not the builders fault as our house is in need of modernisation, so we did go well over budget but we were kept informed throughout and the guys even did the extra work whilst we were away on holiday so as to reduce the disruption to our lives. Would certainly recommend Eds Building Services to others."

    "The team came very quickly to review what I was asking to provide a quote and they offered a better solution, I accepted the quote and although the materials they provided were more expensive than they had anticipated, they kept to their original quote, to install a parking bollard. As they were working locally on another project, they came the next day to install. Very quick & responsive service, work was excellent and they tidied up after themselves. One very happy customer"

    "We are so happy with our renovation. We internally refurbished the entire house, including removing 2 chimney breasts, adding an en-suite and extending a loft conversion. The result is fantastic. The team are so nice, understanding and patient. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the job."
