"Very professional: thorough inspection beforehand to see what was required. Quotation given in writing, detailing all aspects of work to be undertaken. Options given for flat roof repair or full replacement and main roof ridge tile system. Cleared all rubbish and hosed down drive. Main roof ridge tiles and dry verge system and flat orangery roof sorted in two days. "I engaged Drytech / Stormproof in February 2023 to replace a flat roof (11 sq m) which had started leaking. They sent a team of (4-5) roofers and they completed the job in 4 hours flat. This included Removal of old roof and disposal New OSB boards Installation of Firestone Rubber membrane with appropriate adhesives Aluminium trim. Cleaning up and made good. Now time will tell as to the ultimate quality of the work, but my initial (unqualified!) assessment is that they seem to have done a good job. What I can say with certainty is that they turned up when they said they would Kept me informed throughout Were polite, cheerful and enthusiastic. "Update to my earlier review. The cleanup was excellent but when the skip was lifted the skip company dumped a lot of rubbish including 3 pallets on my drive. I sent Jamie a picture and he said it would be dealt with. This morning Jamie himself turned up and cleared the rubbish Customer service doesnt get much better"
