    "Speaking on behalf of Connection, I want to say how deeply impressed I am by Patrick. He came out to complete the work with such a positive attitude and was genuinely friendly and approachable. We had a great conversation, and he carried out his work to a very high standard, even taking the time to clean up afterwards. It was clear from the start that he’s experienced, skilled, and has a good heart. I mentioned to him that my elderly neighbour in her 70s was having issues with her heating after some cowboy plumbers had sawn out a radiator. Even though Patrick had a busy day, he kindly offered to take a look and see if he could help. Within 20 minutes, he’d sorted the issue for her - and he refused to charge. That gesture alone says so much about his character and professionalism. He’s the kind of plumber you can trust, not just for the quality of his work, but for his integrity and kindness"
