    "Replacement units and planned maintenance are all good. We are a difficult customer where access to units is limited due to room usage. We negotiate the access and there just get on with it. There has never been quibble from their workers and certainly no complaints from our staff or our customers. I find them excellent people to work with and one less headache for me."
