    "While the trader and his assistant were initially friendly, the quality of the work was very disappointing. I asked for a few odd jobs to be done in one day - fixing a gate, attaching some skirting boards and a attaching a wall mounted bike rack. The bike rack was very wobbly, and the bike fell down in the middle of the night. There was also a gap between the wall and skirting board. The gate was however adequately fixed. The trader did offer to come back to fix the problem, but we had lost confidence in him by this point. The trader refused a partial refund to compensate for the bike falling off."
