"Great friendly firm, working with equally good scaffolders. We experienced solid and fluid communications throughout the project, Dean is always keen to satisfy customer and solidify expectations . Once the job started to progress, we found that we had additional requirements and Dean was able to respond promptly and incorporate the additions in to the work plan, his strategic flexibility is very good. We were very happy with the finished product."

"Dean turned up for quote on time. He was pleasant and friendly to deal with and clearly explained what work was needed and how he would carry out the job. We had his quote and breakdown of works the same evening by email.He was fair and warned us until the felt was lifted he wouldn't know if boards would need replacing. He gave us 2 quotes to cover this extra work if required. It was not required. He moved our job forward because our roof was leaking and ending up working on one side of house in pouring rain to get it finished. He used a really good scaffolder who again turned up on time when they said they would. We would definitely use Dean again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to neighbours, friends and family. Its comforting to have met a tradesman that is so trustworthy. Thank You Dean.
