We pride ourselves on our efficient, friendly and high-quality services. We take the time to visit each client, talk through their damp issues and concerns and advise on ways to reduce damp (e.g. the introduction of dehumidifiers). In the case of structural intervention we will talk through the options available. We understand clients’ reservations about having damp treatment and do our best to explain the problem and the choice of solutions without compromising on quality or service.

"Dylan recently carried out work for some damp proofing and plastering in my home, and I can't recommend him enough. From the initial quote to the job's completion, he was nothing but professional. Dillan showed up on time every day and got the work done efficiently. The walls look fantastic, and he left the place clean and tidy. It's nice to see someone who delivers exactly what they promise. "Dylan and his team have just finished work on our house which had a severe case of dry rot infestation. He did a thorough investigation and determined the extent of the spread. As it was quite a big job, he talked us through the whole process and kept us frequently updated with the process through meeting in person, calls, and with whatsapp photos. Dylan also managed to accommodate our additional requests which saved us the trouble of finding more trustworthy tradesmen, and advised us on how to keep the house in good shape and prevent the dry rot from coming back. We are also very grateful to him for identifying some dodgy work we had done by another tradesman that we hired for a separate job! Dylan and his associates were very polite, professional, and patiently addressed all of our concerns or questions with great communication. We appreciate the level of detail and precision that the work has been completed to and will definitely be commissioning them for further jobs on our house."
