Hi,
My name is Danny and my company is DB Fascias & Property Maintenance Ltd. We are a well established family business and have been in the roofing and building trade for over 20 years.
We cover all roofing repairs and new installations. Our speciality is the repair of, and also new installations of fascias, soffits and gutters. We install new dry verge and dry ridge system. We also repair and install flat roofing on garages, outbuildings etc. And cover all general property maintenance.
We have the added advantage of owing our own scaffolding, in keeping with the new health and safety regulations, and at no extra cost to the customer.
We are registered upvc installers with ‘Freefoam’.
We are fully insured
All our work is guaranteed
We are also members of R.C.P (regional crime prevention)
We provide free quotes, with no obligation.

"I contacted Danny with an issue on the ridge tiles and valleys which he inspected and provided a very reasonable price for the work needed, which was to make good the work carried out by a previous contractor. Without hesitation, I can recommend Danny and his team and suggest that they are the first ‘go to’ company if you’re seeking somebody to carry out the work he advertises."

"I was very impressed by the standard of work completed. Initially just the one job which turned into two jobs after further inspection of the ridge tiles. Gave him the go ahead to do the second job after seeing the completion of the first job. Would definitely go back to him if any other work is required and recommend to family and friends."

"Very prompt in coming out to quote, gave the quote at the same visit but didn't pressure us into accepting it there and then. Did the work the next day, very quickly and we were pleased with the standard. Left a few blobs of mortar but otherwise spick and span. Keeping their card for future works."
