DampWorks Ltd are a small friendly company: a specialist team made up of the right people with the right skills. We are based in Bromley, South East London, but cover Kent, Sussex and London areas.
We aim to accommodate you as much as possible, offering surveys 6 days a week, at a time to suit you. Our team is on hand to make sure that any works you require are carried out as soon as possible and to the highest standard.

Damp & Timber Surveys:
Our Fully Certified Surveyors will visit your property to provide advice and offer a competitive quotation for any works required. Our Surveyors are fully PCA TRAINED and CSRT & CSSW CERTIFIED, making our reports valid for insurance claims and mortgage applications.
Pre-Purchase Surveys:
If you are buying or selling a home, our PRE-PURCHASE DAMP & TIMBER REPORTS are affordable and expeditious. We send only QUALIFIED SURVEYORS, not salesmen, to give you an impartial review of any damp or timber defects in the property. We aim to accommodate you or your vendor at a time and day that suits you: weekend, early or late appointments on request. We can turn around a survey in 24 hours if required - just ask our staff.

"I have been receiving assistance from DampWorks for a few years now - specifically in relation to an ongoing condensation problem. Amongst other things, they have installed a ventilation system to combat the moisture levels. They have always been at the end of the phone whenever I’ve needed them. "Incredibly helpful! Contacted them about a damp survey as we had found mould underneath the coving and were concerned there might be a more significant issue. Graham offered initial advice, asking me to send on photos, and consulted with the surveyors and both agreed the issue was historic and almost certainly not an ongoing problem. They could have just easily done the survey regardless, but essentially chose to consult for no gain for themselves. They will absolutely be our first point of contact if future issues come up."
