"CRS Roofing and Roofline Solutions Ltd were fantastic! The communication from the office was always very efficient and professional, insurance backed guarantee set up from the deposit stage and with a written contract. The company even contacted the council on our behalf to complete the building regulation requirements. The team on site were all very friendly and completed the job to a high standard and cleaned up afterwards. Some of the tiles broke on the extension from the scaffolding being erected but the roofers came back after the work completed to replace this. "After many quotations to replace my old felt roof with the fiberglass system I decided to go with CRS roofing and this is why. Right from the initial visit Garath took the time to assess the work, offered advice and emailed me a full and comprehensive quote,listing everything that needed to be done including facias. He gave me a very competitive and fair quote when compared to others. He gave us a date the work was to commence and we was kept informed throughout prior to the start of the work. When his team came they were knowledgeable, friendly and worked to a high standard. The job was completed and photos were taken and Gareth paid a visit to see if everything was complete and to make sure we were happy and I can say I was more than happy. I would certainly use CRS Roofing again and would recommend that you obtain a quote from Gareth before making a decision . The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Thank you."
