"Upon meeting Jake, both my mum and I knew we were in safe hands. Jake quoted for Main roof replacement, Flat roofs, chinmey, insulation and guttering. I took another quote for comparison. Jake's quote very reasonable! When it came to the actual works: From the scaffolding team, to Jakes own team, and the bigger team that come in on roofing day, they are all very good, polite, respectful, get on with the job, respect the customers wishes, thoughts and questions. They don’t try to blind us with technical stuff. They clean up as they go, they will clean up your neighbour’s area too. The roofing day was manic, but the joy of having a roof in one day, Oh my word! Utterly impressive. His invoicing & payment setup is really good, nothing upfront! The work is guaranteesd with a certificate. Highly recommend. I certainly will work with Jake and his team for all our future works. Thank you Jake, Joe, Mason and Connor you are truly the best."

"I don’t have an image, but it was a new roof and repairing and rerendering the back wall of my house that was found to be in very poor condition when the old render came off - I’d had various leaks. Crown had to reassess and replan very quickly from initial quote. I was kept involved and across the issues at all points and could clearly see why they had concerns."
