"After failing to doing a reasonable job on our roof the first time and leaving in a much worse state, it then took a further 17 months for the team to return and fix our leaking roof. The work completed was not thorough enough the first time around, we were quoted for the job requiring scaffolding but this was never used each time, a saw was left in our front garden after they left (not ideal when we have a 16 month old toddler...). Finally, as someone who works in customer service, I was extremely dismayed to find my calls never followed up and a severe lack of communication between the office team and the actual teams doing the work. This is no exaggeration sadly as I called them every 1-2 weeks without fail to find out what was going on, only to be met with flailing excuses or just someone saying they'd return my call and then not keeping their word. Never using this company again."

"In June 2020 the trader was employed to re-point and stabilise the ridge tiles on my house for which I paid £2,000.00, the work was guaranteed for ten years. In February 2021 pieces of mortar began falling down to ground - some onto the glass roof of a conservatory. On the 23rd. February 2021 I made them aware of this situation and the trader promised to fix the problem. After many telephone calls to the trader, broken promises to attend the problem and threat of legal action, the trader re-set all the ridge tiles on 31st August. At the end of the work they left a cement screed over parts of the glass sun lounge roof. The returned the next day and cleaned the gutters but did nothing with the mortar screed which had by now hardened. On the 9th. September the trader viewed the mortar and said he would take advice on the best way of cleaning it off. As of the 25th. October, I have heard no more. I have employed others to clean the glass."

"Mark came to have a look at a leak in our roof, when he looked in the loft he knew exactly what the problem was. All of his team were very good workers and approachable and Mark kept us informed as the work was progressing."
