Mrs - Image 1 "Had 2 doors and 9 windows installed. On completion, (the day the fitters left) the kitchen door wouldn't lock and had to request an urgent visit to rectify. When checking the work 14 faults were identified and I have, to date, had 3 visits from a repair fitter to rectify them. I am still awaiting the replacement of two sets of window hinges and today a further window will not close."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. On the day of completion there was an issue with the back door lock and this was swiftly rectified the very same day. I then received an email from the customers son who highlighted some very minor issues following the installation. For example, a silicon line that was 3mm short. A visit to the customers house was arranged to complete a definitive list of the rectification work to be carried out. It was then arranged for the engineer to attend and carry out the works, whilst carrying out the works the engineer went above and beyond by adjusting the customers kitchen cupboard doors as she had complained whilst he was working that they weren’t level and as a small gesture he took it upon himself to adjust them. There is a further appointment booked in to have two hinges changed and the customer called to advise she could not close one of her windows, as we class this as an emergency call out we advised that we would attend on the same day. When we called to advised of the arrival time on the same day the customer told us not to send someone over and she would wait for her appointment that has already been booked in. "Ordered a porch door for arched doorway at front of house. They measured the size and sent quote for work. Explained the frame had to be sent away to be made. Took about 3 and half months. Was fitted on the stated day very plesant workers. Did a good job.vwry pleased with the new porch door."
