"From the very first contact through to completion, the team at Complete Damp Proofing were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Booking was straightforward, and they arrived exactly when they said they would, punctual every time. Matt and the team were polite, warm, and genuinely friendly throughout, making what can be a stressful and disruptive process feel completely manageable. They took the time to explain clearly what work was needed, why it was necessary, and what to expect so there were no surprises. The work itself was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. What impressed me most was how respectful they were of the property careful preparation, no unnecessary mess, and everything left clean and tidy when they finished. You’d hardly have known they’d been there…apart from the fresh plaster that is. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Complete Damp Proofing to anyone. "The work was beneath my floor so unable to submit photos but the guys are brilliant. Very knowledgeable, communicative and professional.
