Joan - Image 1 "We had to wait a while for the work to be done because they are so busy, but I can understand why - they are superb! Our work wasn’t urgent, so it wasn’t a problem and the wait was worth it. Extremely high standard in every respect. Courteous, friendly and left after a thorough clean up. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again for any future plumbing work we need done."

Rebecca - Image 1 "We wanted to have our bathtub taken out and had a new one put in along with a new shower. All the other people I called asked for me to send pictures over text and did not understand what I was asking for. Carswell’s offered to come over very quickly to understand the situation and give advice on how to approach it. They gave us a quote soon after and included examples of the bath and shower to purchase (but we were not pressured to do so) which really helped to visualise the space. When the work started they were very friendly, punctual and clean. I appreciated that they were regularly checking in with us to make sure we were happy with what they were doing such as the placement of the taps. They communicated really well while they were here. Everything went smoothly and the end result looked great!"
