Holly - Image 1 "Bob and his team were absolutely incredible, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Our job was far from straightforward, with part of the chimney breast needing attention, but nothing was ever too much trouble for Bob. His knowledge and experience were immediately clear, and he gave me complete confidence that he was the right person for the job. The care, attention to detail, and expertise Bob brings to stove fitting is outstanding. Everything was completed to the highest standard, using top quality products throughout. Bob is a true professional and a perfectionist, and it really shows in his work. If you’re comparing quotes and unsure who to choose, go with Bob every time. You genuinely won’t regret it. "I rang Bob as my my elderly Mum's wood burner needed some repairs. He was beyond helpful. On explaining the issue he did say that he did not think it could be fixed, but he offered to pop round and check anyway - despite it being out of his way. He went that day and did a quick silicon repair that should allow it to be used. He refused to take any payment as it was a quick job - but obviously it took time getting there and i expected to pay. He also messaged me after to check all was ok. What a great service, helping an elderly person out, obviously he clearly goes above and beyond. Could not recommend enough."
