"After being let down by our previous gas engineers (who left us, an elderly couple, for 10 days without heating or hot water and ignored messages), Bluetech Heating came out straight away to look at the situation, gave advice & quotes and promptly sorted out our problem :-) They are punctual, polite, patient and professional...... I can't thank Ollie & Ted enough for a warm house & hot showers!! No hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending this company :-)"

"After smelling gas in the house I asked Bluetech Heating to have a look and see what was required after SGN disconnected the gas supply due to the leak. Oliver took the time, was reassuring and professional in finding the leak. He carried out pressure testing and inspection to diagnose where the leak was coming from. He went above and beyond and went over the hour whilst trying to help. He had a plan and re-run the entire length of pipe from meter to boiler. This involved crawling under the bathroom floor, drilling through walls and when done reconnected everything and made sure the boiler was working. When finished Oliver advised on a couple of troublesome radiators and explained what to do. All of this was done for a very reasonable price. I have now cancelled my boiler cover with British Gas and will use Bluetech in the future. Thank you."

"Oliver was amazing from start to finish. I was looking for someone to fix the water heater for us at Medway Foodbank. He was recommended to us by another customer which always fills me with confidence. I asked Oliver to come and quote for the work but after sending pictures, he knew what was needed and offered to carry out the work for free as we are a charity. Oliver arrived promptly and answered all the questions I had. He was polite, courteous and clearly very knowledgable. He took away the old parts and explained the work he had done for us. We are all thrilled that the repairs have been sorted and cannot thank Oliver enough for his generosity and professionalism. I am now looking at asking him to quote on some jobs I need doing at home. Highly recommend."
